The LINCOLN PARK ALANO CLUB was established in April 9th 1984 to provide and maintain a permanent meeting place for members of Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon and all 12-Step Recovery Groups.
We are located at 2100 N. Sheffield Avenue, two blocks north of Armitage Avenue, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. The entrance to the club is on the first floor corner of Dickens Avenue.
Anyone with the desire to recover from their addiction is welcome at LPAC, however, some of our meetings are open to the public while some are closed, available only to persons who identify with a certain fellowship. Please see the In-Person and Online meetings page for a brief description and schedule of all daily meeting times. We are open 365 days a year, though at times with an abbreviated schedule, or with additional special meeting times—especially during major holidays.
If you are able, we ask that you contribute $2.00 (or more) to the basket when it’s passed during meetings; but if you can’t, please keep coming back! If you’re new, or early in your recovery or sobriety, please introduce yourself and you will be provided with a packet containing a citywide meeting schedule and member contact numbers.
